A multiple fellowships convention                

Mission

To host an annual international convention where members of multiple 12-step fellowships come together to share their experience, strength, and hope — carrying the message to the still-suffering person in the spirit of Tradition Five.

Vision

We aim to give freely what was given to us by creating a space where members from around the world can:

• Attend meetings and hear speakers share  about the principles of the program.
• Experience a variety of fellowships, each addressing different addictions.

Each fellowship participates as an autonomous body (Tradition Four).
No group represents, endorses, or speaks for another, in keeping with Tradition Six.
Through this approach, unity and awareness grow (Tradition One).

We:

• Offer meaningful service opportunities at multiple levels.
• Encourage balance — time to relax, reflect, and connect in the mornings, and time for fellowship and fun in the evenings.
  As the Big Book reminds us: “We absolutely insist on enjoying life.” (p.132)

Goals

Long-Term Goal

• To provide a yearly convention that supports recovery, unity, and service among multiple 12-step fellowships.

Short-Term Goals

• Hold weekly committee meetings to plan the convention.
• Elect officers and fill service roles.
• Prepare and review agenda items, finances, needs, and concerns.
• Invite members to join, ask for help when needed, and maintain clear communication through meeting minutes.
• Work together guided by the Twelve Traditions and Twelve Concepts.
